QUALITY ASSURANCE CONSULTING SERVICES

Laboratory quality assurance is our speciality. On occasion it can be difficult for laboratories to discern reasons for inconsistent performance. IFM offers a range of services aimed at improving quality assurance within your laboratory. This consulting service is offered either on your premises or IFM’s, and can also be as simple as an informal chat.

LABORATORY SKILLS TRAINING

IFM can provide laboratory skills training in Microbiology. We can conduct training at IFM premises or on-site. We can provide group training or individual training. Our training programs include formal evaluation of performance after training at the completion of the program. Such training is customised to the needs of the client, and can be simply practical, or include documentation and be examinable.

AUDITS TO ISO/IEC 17025 (Cert. 3189-01) / PREPARATION FOR AN ACCREDITATION ASSESSMENT

Internal auditing is a requirement of ISO/IEC 17025 (Cert. 3189-01). Many organizations find having an annual second party audit a very worthwhile exercise, especially prior to a formal assessment. Depending on your requirements, we can perform a quality system documentation review, assessment of laboratory practice, or both.
